Shuttle service lagged severely!!! Reception interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, some lights not operational!!! Rooms lacked adequate shelving or towel supports, which made the stay less convenient!!!

i was nearly impressed until the shuttle took over an hour, and the reception staff clearly didn't know how to prioritize. Also, the hallways were pitch black. as a solo woman traveler, that’s FAR from ideal. i can't say much about my room since it had cigarette burns everywhere. almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

The cozy room had a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi, which made my stay feel just like home. I really enjoyed unwinding on the sun terrace and checked out the TV lounge, both perfect spots to relax. It felt like they were more focused on managing the entrance rather than resolving issues within the rooms. Overall, it's a mixed experience, great location and decent room functionality, but cleanliness and maintenance need attention.

The Standard Triple Room was comfy with great amenities. It had a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with good toiletries. The service was nice, and it was quiet. There's even an elevator for easy access to upper floors. It was great to have a warm welcome and feel at home during my stay!
